The trade fair certainly is a very good opportunity to see the latest development in the field of light and building. I visited this fair in 2011 for the first time and I see that since then there was a huge development of the fair.

Interlight personifies the development and evolution of the industry, even to some extent predicts how the industry will develop in the nearest future. Indeed, at present we are seeing global technological processes when various systems are being integrated: these are light, security, and other systems. And in this regard, Interlight as a trade fair is certainly developing: this year it is not only Interlight, but also Intelligent building.

In comparison to 2018 visitors became more prepared. They are interested in lighting design, the quality of lighting fixtures and ask lot of questions aimed to lighting control systems. Comparing statistics of visitors in recent years I could definitely say that visitors are interested in the functional opportunities of the lighting production.

Intersec Forum Russia is an excellent platform for discussions and experience sharing with the market’s leaders. This year topics for discussion were expanded. The new topic of the agenda was trends in smart city development.

I spoke about AI and lighting. Auditory is very interested in the theme. In spite of the late time slot, the auditory was full. Lots of questions were asked.
